This is an Update Video to a story I did last November with "Auditing Arkansas". We are there to question Hot Springs PD about an incident that happened a week prior on Halloween night, where an officer assaulted and arrested some teen girls for littering. I wasn't there 20 minutes before they assaulted me as well. This is an Update to that encounter.
