Is there a problem, officer? I'm just taking some pictures for my vlog.
Police Officer: I understand, but we've had some issues with people taking unauthorized pictures in this area. It's for security reasons.
I was approached by the police and asked to WHY I was taking pictures…. for security reasons. While I understand the need for safety, it's crucial to know our rights as content creators.
We have the right to document our surroundings in public spaces per the #firstamendment
