You would think that there would at least be consistency within officers in one state, but this is simply not facts. Ohio seems to have some of the most uneducated mixed with particularly educated officers in the nation. Go to one city and exercise rights. Everything might be OK, but go to the neighboring city and exercise those same rights and it might not be the same story.
