APD Officer Dunn engaged in biased policing to unlawfully interfere with custody by detaining Father and forcing the transfer of his children (during Father's timesharing) into the care of his ex-wife's boyfriend, who doesn't have custody but is an APD officer, while Mother is COVID+ and unable to care for the children while "isolating".
Mother has a history of violating timesharing and withholding the children, and hired attorney Denise Ready to litigate her objection to the COVID vaccine, and Denise provides coercive control through false conflict, lying & reattributing her abuse onto Father as a "male batterer".
Mother transferred the kids to Father on 12-8-21 then filed an Ex Parte Restraining Order later that day to obtain a $12k Custody Evaluation to manufacture new evidence that would become more "timely and relevant" than this footage… The Eval said Father is safe and Mother manipulates timesharing by goading him, but Mother kept lying & delaying, and legal process drags on…
So Father stopped engaging in Mother's false conflict… and Mother has stopped letting the kids see him. The Court tolerates the lies, refuses to enforce timesharing, sadistically punishes Father, and has never held an evidentiary hearing to corroborate the lies or the RO.
