Description: Defendant Officers sawed open Plaintiff's home door, pushed Plaintiff and family members on the ground and yelled offensive language. Plaintiff was handcuffed excessively tight and forced into a police van wearing nightclothes. Officers drove around for hours, including stopping for breakfast, while Plaintiffs were in van. Plaintiff was illegally strip searched. Plaintiff's house was ransacked and property, including cash and clothes, was never returned.

Description: On June 20th 2007, plaintiff was a pedestrian in front of his resident located at 1056 Boynton Avenue, in the Bronx. It was during this time when defendant Lopez together with other defendant NYPD officers, grabbed the plaintiff and slammed him into the ground, put handcuffs on him, and placed him into a police van. Defendant Lopez together with other defendant NYPD officers drove said van with plaintiff imprisoned inside for approximately two to three hours. Eventually, the plaintiff was transported to an NYPD precinct where he was subjected to an unlawful strip search, his clothes removed, squat, and cough.
