It’s strange to me that here we are about two months later, and there has been no evidence, still produced nor blood cultures for the allegations. How long do they plan on holding him without providing any evidence? Also, considering the fact that they said that they smelled alcohol shouldn’t they prove that? Keep in mind that Galveston gives out thousands of tickets for DWI but for some reason they don’t have breathalyzers in their vehicles and that seems very strange.
