In Tempe Arizona, police ignore the pleas of the people on scene, to finish a 5 min petty citation before going to respond to an actual emergency!!!! 3 children were shot in a drive by shooting and the car pulled into an intersection where they thought they would get a response from the police officer and didn't get anything of the sort!!!!!
