Police departments everywhere are attempting to diversify their workforce to reflect the same numbers as the community. Doing this would be a big step in fixing police/community relationship[ Sadly they are not doing too well in attracting the numbers they need to completely diversify. So how do you do that? Here are a few ways…
1. The Leadership must really want to diversify — (hmmmm)
2 Use target marketing campaigns
3. Recruit from rural areas and small colleges
