Liberty Guy-NYPD tries to violate my freedom of spee

This was an unexpected audit done at my work. I was scheduled to be a vendor at a grocery store and a Co worker or security guard had a problem with me as a vendor. So he takes his insecurities out to compromise my business and program to give information about clean energy. He tries to call the police on me and they even tell him that there's nothing they can do. This was an audit I truly didn't expect when it came to the freedom of speech.
