After being unlawfully trespassed from public property at Hillsborough Area Regional Transportation Authorities (HART) Marion Transit Center I immediately invoked my right to a trespass appeal hearing by sending an email to all HART Board members. Just a couple of days later I received a phone call from an Official at HART informing me that the trespass had been “pulled back” and that all of my public transportation rights had been restored at HART. I have also submitted a public records request for copies of all TPD body cameras related to this incident. I will publish the body cams for your viewing pleasure as soon as I receive them from TPD. I also want to thank all of you who take the time and effort to petition our government agencies for redress of grievances by making phone calls and posting on their social media platforms. Your efforts are just as important as my videos. Thank You!
