Lets Exchange IDs with Travis Heinze-Vlog: My Fast Crimin
After I posted the city hall video at 10 am, and at 12 noon when I got to the courthouse. I walked into to clerk of Courts office and calls already started to begin for me. Two back to back calls occurred as I was asking for a little help from the clerks. The callers were assured by the clerks that I was fine, "he's here" "he's fine". Then I went into the courtroom and waited for almost an hour, no internet available, just thinking and pacing. People showed up close to 1:30pm and then the 7 inmates. The sheriff didn't search anyone entering into the courtroom. The inmates went first as Judge? said how his courtroom proceeds. Only one inmates made an outburst and needed to be removed. I was the first to follow the inmates.
The hearing is more intimate than I have ever experienced before. We all approach the bench and talk in a close huddle with me, the prosecutor, and Judge. I forgot to record audio, and when I remembered, the judge actually noticed me bring my hand up to my pocket and that startled me, so I didn't bother trying to find the On switch.
Was it my arguments at the hearing? The calls? Just the strong video evidence that shows the statements and paperwork can be untruthful? A lot of factors helped cause a swift Dismissal of the Criminal case. I never even had a chance to look at their Court Rules. The Dismissal was so Fast, I barely even started my motion to dismiss case. It's nice when the prosecutor volunteers to write a Dismissal instead. But they don't have to do as much research as me to argue for that dismissal.
