Tucson Police Dispatch put out a call for a dog left in a vehicle with the windows up. It was at least 10 minutes before I got there, and I waited a few minutes for the owner to show up.
Though I agree that dogs in hot cars should be resuced, I still believe this LEO's approach was juvenile and intended to be demeaning. Grow up.
