Wolverine Transparency-Where knowing your rights in a traffic stop is so important. Two videos that are perfect examples!
Why it's important that you get police to follow the Terry doctrine inside Terry v Ohio. Reasonable article suspicion of a crime is mandatory when you ask them on a traffic stop to do so. When you don't hold them to the doctrine, and help them in their investigation against you, all you do is make matters worse for yourself. Never give police information or talk too much and volunteer information to give them permission to do things that normally they wouldn't be allowed to do if you was to get them to follow the Terry doctor and terry v Ohio! Most of the time when they want to search your car, they're fishing. Make sure that the stop is valid. In these two videos you will see the difference and I will point them out as we go!
