San Diego Harbor Police pulled over a vehicle with expired registration on Harbor Drive in Pt. Loma CA
Apparently two rookie officers were having trouble confirming that the vehicle registration was expired so several more officers were dispatched to help the inexperienced officers muttle through the process.
After detaining the driver for an hour in his vehicle, the over zealous officers deployed a Spike Strip and surrounded the driver, cuffed and searched him and his vehicle. The driver was issued a ticket and vehicle was impounded.
