If we the people would just understand our constitutional rights, it would be a much different place out there. People would automatically have more authority over their civil servants, and make them serve them in the manner that they get paid to serve. Even people at the top of command inside of a police department, are going off the old policies that are systemically racist, to not just people of color, but poor people in general of all races ethnic backgrounds. Mostly white. White people get killed everyday by police, and nobody gives a crap until it comes to race. The reason why that has happening is because white culture has not taught these people that they're killing their constitutional rights! So they continue to criminalize behavior otherwise known as attempted cop!
