Wolverine Transparency-Police harassing ppl of color, threatening to take this man to jail when he committed no crime!
Clearly, in this video it establishes that the men engaged by this police officer, are not committing a crime. Furthermore it is clear that this cop is on a mission to steal this man's property, under threat of arrest. Last but not least he threatens to arrest several other people as well that had a first amendment right to speak in their front yards, and in the driveway. The car in question did not have a plate on it, parked in its designated parking spot for tenants. I could park my car all day without a plate in my driveway. It's on my personal property as long as I don't drive it on the streets, I don't need it according to their laws. There's no MCL that says so and this is the same as it were owning your own home. His lease and apartment is where he lives and is his living area that has a designated driveway. What's understood don't need to be explained. This cop and the cops along with it are tyrants and they are going to be exposed tonight!
