Forced Entry Without A Warrant For FREE SPEECH & Did Cop Delete Evidence? Body camera footage from Princeton police shooting shows what happened the night police trampled on the First & Fourth Amendment when they forced their way into a mans home without a warrant over his free speech.
Footage from only one body camera was available for the night Barry Yearout was shot and killed by a Princeton police officer in April of 2022. It shows the point of view of Leftwich as he arrives at Yearout’s house after police were called on him by neighbors after they said he drove through their yard with a four wheeler.
The lawsuit against those involved alleges negligent training, wrongful death, spoliation and reckless and malicious conduct among others.
