Wolverine Transparency-Dearborn Police sued by local teenager, awarded $10 million dollars!

Luther Gonzales Hall was coming from a friend’s house on his bike. He had a bit to drink and wanted to be sure he was heading the right way to get home when he was attacked by a police officer seemingly without provocation. Sadly this kid did not understand that his 4th, 5th, 8th and 14th amendment was violated for absolutely nor the reason then asking for directions! Dearborn Police Department, shame on you!
