Contempt of cop happens all the time! A suspect's demeanor as interpreted by the cop determines the consequence. And because the cop that enforces his feelings is a tyrant he will use all and any of his powers to pay back that suspect for any petty or misinterpreted reason. We all know that a cop's word is always believed over a citizen's and that in itself lays the foundation as to why a cop is able to trump up charges without any questions asked. As you know they will start yelling 'quit resisting' even before they tell a suspect he is under arrest. Always film the police or no one will believe that you did not do what the cops said you did.
