For context: The chairman of the board, Tim Phillips said to Captain Mike Watson;
"Mike can you ask him to leave"
Captain Mike Watson looks at the Board then proceeds to grab me and my sign.
I was never asked by Law Enforcement to leave. I was never issued a Trespass Warning or anything.
The paper that was handed to me was a General
Statute about "Disruption of a Public Meeting" which I was ultimately charged with.
As we were at the elevator waiting for it to come up, Chief Deputy Van Williams and Sheriff Mike Henley bull rush us and place me under arrest for "Trespass".
How was I arrested, un-arrested then re-arrested?
