This video is showing a Town board sitting together at a restaurant in violation of New York open meetings law. When the majority of a board is together it must be publicly advertised. A member of the public Dave also a Lockport resident and business owner video recorded the board at their illegal meeting in the Olive leaf family restaurant in Lockport. One of the Board members hit Dave and his phone breaking the screen on the phone. Then called the cops on Dave…. BUT Not before calling the Town Judge Cheryl A Antkowiak to get Leagal advice and to conspire against Dave! Crooked Crocker filed Fake Harassment charges against a man named David who used his first Amendment rights. Even trying to lie on a swarn affidavit making up a GUN to try to get a law abiding Citizen locked up all while Conspiring with the JUDGE!
