This video is about public records related to political campaigns involving elected officials. In California that includes city mayors, county supervisors, judges, district attorneys and sheriff.
Our investigation of the courts continues in connection with a Secret Judge Club in Santa Clara County that Tainted Trials, Tarnished Headlines and Stole Justice in the local family courts where there is no jury. Even more significant is how the members of that group influenced local, state and federal elections or subject to criminal prosecution. Including those who only have Marsy's Law.
This is part of our investigative work and news gathering process. A process of imagining the records the public has a right to know about.
