CASE DISMISSED! They falsified their reports. They lied on the arrest affidavit too. Will the cops face charges? NO! It is what they do at every department! This little town of RIVER OAKS is like 2 square miles surrounded on 3 sides by Fort Worth. They could save their town a lot of money and just dissolve their police department. In my opinion, their little department is a joke who employs GI Joe wannabes, Uncle Fester liars and incompetent support staff who do not know how to pull public records. In my opinion the department is doomed already because there is a General Custer type CHIEF at the helm, who truly believes he knows everything because he completed the 18 month course on Criminal Justices at the local junior college. Watch for this department to implode on itself because when someone is asked to stretch the truth they will not shut up about it and will demand more and more to keep quiet.
