Many SDPD officers, 1 K9 and 1 Helicopter invaded Ski Beach for 1 Unarmed Man in a car. Luckily the man wasn't shot, bitten or injured. Also many bystanders on the beach were in the line of fire but SDPD did nothing to warn or protect them.
No Complaint Filed By Or To The City Attorney's Office.
