Auditing Erie County-WE CAN'T HAVE A STRANGER WALKING AR
This is originally a First Amendment Audit of the Town hall of Dryden, New York on June 28th 2023. The public servants said We can't just have strangers walking around taking photos of Town Hall! Then call the police on the Erie County Fam! They also tried to say We were just looking for a REACTION! But We were just exercising out First Amendment rights!
The Dryden Village Police Department showed up and respected OUR Right to not only film in public but they Respected OUR 4th amendment rights to not ID! There was NO Escalating or Ego found with this PD. Alot of Police Departments could learn from this Department!
