Cody Highroller-County Judge Put on Notice About OBVIOUS
Tarrant County Judge Tim O'Hare will be made aware of the constant constitutional rights violations taking place by our County Criminal Counts. The County Judge has the power to change all of this and bring due process rights, the right of presumption of innocence, the right to represent yourself, the right to film police officers in their course of duties which the supreme court ruled is free speech. Nowhere in that ruling or in Texas Penal Code 38.15 does it state you are required by law to stand where an officer tells you or it is a violation of the law. The Supreme Court and Texas Legislation have ruled that is our free speech and the district attorneys office do not respect that right. I can't make everybody Happy.
