News Now NINJA-K9 ID Refusal And Officers Walk Of Shame
Seems that from this video there’s a lot of neighbors with a lot of dogs and they all seem to be barking, But one thing I noticed is that this gentleman‘s dogs weren’t barking until the officers approached the gate and then that’s when they started to make noise because they heard someone approaching. Why would the officers need to know the dogs name when all she really needed to do was make sure that he was in compliance by having proper shelter and water bowls for the dogs?
