In this video I stopped at a sanitation government building. As I walked in it turned out to be good with a set floor of people being professional and well- behaved, but at the next floor there were hostile unprofessional people. Then they try to tell me not to film and one of the supervisors blocks my walk of path. This was an audit I never even thought I've seen before and this one caught me off guard!
