Yes I seen two police cars on the side of the road and I had to go see what they was up too and when I got two the second car I noticed the the car had no front plate and I told him to take it back. He needed to get the plate put on he told me that it wasn't his job but he is responsible for his Patrol car just give him a reminder that the police have to follow the same rules that we do. Not above the law.
