Minnesota News Now-Illegally Detained,
I was filming the test site when I was approached by the operations manager.
I was told that I was not allowed to film their property at all.
I explained I was never on their property and I was not going to come on to their property.
Then she had the security guard come out to public property to threaten me.
I was approximately 3 blocks off property when the police department showed up.
They detained me and told me the reason for the detailment is so they could talk to me.
If they were concerned about me trust passing I was already gone, So I don't understand what crime there is to investigate anymore…..
Anyway I have spoke to the command staff with Plymouth police department and it's department and we don't know how to handle the officers.
My goal was never to have any police interaction or interaction with the staff there at all.
But I can show you with this video link below exactly how it should have gone when the police showed up. This is exactly how a different police department handled the same thing in a different city.
