Day 1…
This is the first amendment audit of the Depew village hall. AEC showed up an recorded the publicly accessible areas. The one village worker asked for a business card an after giving it to her she asked for a phone # an as soon as I denied giving her my phone number she asked me to leave an told AEC she was going to escort me out.. Then officer Roberts tried to tell the Erie County Fam that the building was a private government building an we could not record in the building. AEC educated the whole building!
The PD did have the officer complaint form available at the ready.
