ThisWhat is a traffic stop that I walked up on where there was a couple parked at a stop sign outside of the vehicle having a non-violent disagreement. When the officers arrived no one was in the driver seat and the vehicle was parked. They said that they were attempting to just make sure somebody was safe to drive home, but after doing so and giving the lady the keys they still arrest this man for driving intoxicated even though when they arrived nobody was driving.I am pulling documents and working to get all the rest of the information I can on the story so stay tune for an update in the future.
