I have beaten my head against the wall with LaPorte PD about sitting “blacked out” in the center of this busy roadway. A roadway traveled by drunks & people that are exhausted.
This is a hazard to citizens and Officers & should be stopped. It’s the act of an Officer desperate to write tickets and serves no legitimate purpose.
