Flushing TWP PD and Admin, Montrose TWP PD and Admin, Chesaning PD and city offices

Flushing TWP PD has no complaint forms, nor does Montrose TWP PD. Flushing TWP offices did give me a FOIA form and did not give me a big fuss about the camera either. Chesaning City offices were closed to the public but has some people on the live stream call and ask them to give us a FOIA request form but they would not. PD in Chesaning was all closed up. Both Officers left right before I got there, making me think they were either watching or tipped off that I was coming. Met with Chesaning Press for this one.
